	Basic Campaign Send prerecorded messages to all the phone numbers on your list. The recipients may choose to listen to the message one more time by pressing a number on their telephone device.
	Divert Campaign Send your prerecorded message to all the phone numbers on your list! Not only can the recipients listen to the message one more time, they may also choose to be connected with the company’s representative. The recipient does this by pressing a button on his telephone which connects him to your company’s phone number automatically.
	Voice Mail Campaign The service sends your prerecorded message to all the phone numbers on your list. The recipients may press a button on their telephone and record a voice message that will be delivered to you via email.
	Survey Campaign The recipients can give their answers to prerecorded multiple choice questions by pressing the appropriate button on their phone. The results of the questionnaire are gathered and presented in graphs. This is the cheapest and quickest way to conduct a telephone survey.
	Answering Machine Detection The service can detect whether the call is answered by a human or a machine. If the call is answered by an answering machine, we can determine whether the call will be terminated or whether the system should wait for the «BEEP» and transmit the audio signal, in order for the recipient to listen to when he returns.
	Variable Ring Timeout This setting allows you to specify in how much time the call will be terminated, in case no one picks up the phone.
	Time Availability You can set the time periods during which your calls will be conducted. If you are targeting businesses, the send time will be from 9 am to 6 pm. If you are targeting individuals, the send time of the calls will be from 9 am to 2 pm, and from 5 pm until 9 pm. If the campaign is not completed on the first day, the system automatically stops calling at night and continues the next morning.
	Detailed call history The service presents you full statistics on the outcome of your campaign-such as the duration of each call.
