What will keep you busy:
- Daily communication with potential customers (exploring customers’ needs, presenting telephony service packages, preparing service offers, follow ups)
- Customer Service for new and existing VoIP telephony customers
- Every day management of telephony issues in collaboration with the other departments of the company
- Monitoring telephony sales by extracting and analyzing new and existing customer statistics
- Monitoring the industry developments and the competition
Desired qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in telecommunications sector
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent use of written and spoken language in Greek and in English
- Advanced computer literacy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High perception of duty
