We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and experienced Telecoms Business Development Manager to focus on our expansion. You will be responsible for driving the sales cycle from initial contact to the signing of the deal, and then maintaining a good client relationship, as well as taking part in market analysis.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, potential partnerships.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the Mobile Marketing & VoIP Sectors and establish-continue relationships with current partners.
- Identify the appropriate contact persons within the targeted organizations.
- Understand the prospects’ needs and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- A proven track record of sales and achievement of sales targets preferably in the Telecoms sector, and relevant experience of 5 years or more.
- Ability to communicate, influence and persuade key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to establish interest, authority and credibility.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Self-driven and passionate about tech products, telecommunications solutions and CPaaS solutions.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
