What will keep you busy:
- Daily communication with inbound leads, in order to explore their needs, present and explain our telephony services and packages, prepare and send the corresponding offers and follow up
- Pursuit upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base and communicate with customers in order to increase sales
- Support and serve telephony customers
- Maintain and update our customer data base in the corresponding systems like CRM
- Every day management of telephony issues in cooperation with other departments
- Follow the advancements of our sector and the competitors’ activity
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the telecommunication sector
- Bachelor/College Degree
- Excellent use of written and spoken language in Greek and in English
- Advanced computer literacy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High perception of duty
