What will keep you busy:
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, upgrade and general management of VoIP telecommunication systems
- Second level problem solving related to sip trunks, dialplans, profiles and configurations
- Designing telecommunication solutions for customers - Presales.
- Offering information and advice and answering customers’ questions about Yuboto services, in cooperation with the commercial department
- Daily monitoring of systems, networks, applications and alerts in order to ensure the smooth operation of services
Desired qualifications:
- University / Technical Degree in Telecoms/Computer systems or 4 years of work experience in a similar subject
- Excellent knowledge of linux, asterisk, elastix, freeSwitch systems
- Good knowledge of SIP and familiarity with telephony circuits PRI, BRI, ISDN
- Knowledge of voicexml, python, perl will be considered an advantage, but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team member
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proven ability to collect, examine and analyze data from various sources and problem-solving skills
- Excellent use of written and spoken language in Greek and in English
